Practical info
Check-inCheck-in can be made from 13.00. If you arrive later than 17.00, please notify it in advance. Check-out on day of departure must be before noon 10.00.
Beds
Bedlinen or sheets are mandatory, and sleeping bags are not allowed. You can even bring it or rent it here.
Are the rules not kept, it will result in a cleaning fee of DKK 100,- per bed.
Parking
There is free parking when you stay at the hostel.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Alcohol etc.
We have a selection of wine and beer for sale in the reception. All other alcohol - and other drugs - are prohibited in our region.
Food
Dinner may only be ordered if you are over 20 people and it must be agreed in writing.
Cooking and eating in the rooms is not allowed.
Departure
Upon departure please leave the rooms neat and tidy as on arrival.
Payment
Reservations must always be paid in advance.
Cancellation
If you must cancel your reservation it must be done in the following manner:
By written cancellation before 12.00 the day before arrival, the deposit is refunded.
Minus cancellation fee of DKK 100,-.
Cancellation for guests who already live in the dorm, the same rules count.
For example if you want to fly on a Wednesday, the cancellation must take place before noon Tuesday 12.00 at the latest.
Please note that our cancellation policy does not apply to groups.

Group changes
Changes for groups must be done in writing by mail or fax minimum two days before arrival. See the conditions in the received booking forms.
Card
Danhostel card or guest card is mandatory.
Danhostel card is compulsory for everyone over 18 if you want to stay at a hostel in Denmark, but in turn it saves you DKK 35,- per night. Children over 16 traveling without an adult must also have a Danhostel card.
Danhostel card for Danes
A Danhostel card costs DKK 70,- and is valid for 12 months from the issue, so by just two nights within a year the card is paid for itself. In Denmark it is necessary that all persons aged 18 or older must have its own Danhostel card or alternatively buy guest cards. The Danish Danhostel card is also valid in all the hostel abroad who are involved in international cooperation 'Hostelling International' via IYHF ( International Youth Hostel Federation).
Guest card
If you don't want to buy a Danhostel card, you are still very welcome at all Danhostels hostel. Instead, you simply pay a guest fee of DKK 35,- per person per night.
Danhostel card to groups
To travel as a group at the Danish youth hostels, you must be at least 10 people, and in Denmark, the only requirement is that the group leader holds a valid Danhostel card to DKK 70,-.
The rest of the group can travel on a group card issued for free.
Discount agreements with a Danhostel card
In addition to the savings of DKK 35,- per night on the Danish youth hostels, there is also attached a number of discount agreements for the card. Discount Agreements concluded by DANHOSTEL Denmark Hostels with attractions, sights, museums, etc. around Denmark.
